PREPARING
YOUR FILES.

Start with your chosen format. Start with the requirements on your product page: the size, page count and specification change with your choices.

01 / START AT THE RIGHT SIZE.

Use the product’s stated artwork dimensions. Folded products use the flat sheet size, which is bigger than the finished folded item. Check this before exporting.

02 / LEAVE ROOM TO CUT.

Extend backgrounds into the bleed area and keep text safely inside the cut line. Follow the bleed guidance shown for your selected product.

03 / EXPORT A PDF.

Embed your fonts and use high-resolution images. Check every page at full size. The automatic checks cover technical requirements; they won’t proofread your line-up or spot a wrong date.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Custom sizes, unusual quantities or help with a design can be discussed through a quote request when ordering opens.
